Eggo Waffles in Air Fryer
Growing up, waffles were always hands down my favorite breakfast food. Crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. Covered in those little square holes that capture all that melty butter and gooey syrup.
Just thinking of that sweet breakfast food is enough to make my mouth water.
To this day they are still my favorite thing to order when we go out for breakfast or brunch.
We were on a kick for a while, where every Saturday I would make homemade waffles for dinner. Big stacks of crave-worthy, melt in your mouth waffles. My kids loved it, but alas I do not always have time to home make the waffles from scratch.
That’s where these frozen waffles come in, along with the air fryer, to help save breakfast (or dinner)! We love air fryer Eggo waffles, but there are a lot of great brands out there (listed below).
You get all the waffle flavor, but without the hassle of actually making the waffles from scratch.
Can you Cook Eggo Waffles in an Air Fryer?
If you wondering if you can make frozen Eggo waffles in the air fryer, the answer is yes. Open up that freezer and grab out those frozen Eggo waffles because now you can easily make them in my favorite kitchen helper, the air fryer!
Just pull those little frozen squares (or rounds) directly from the freezer, no need to thaw them. Toss them right into the preheated air fryer. Cook for just a few minutes and bam, the food is ready.
And I can fit 4 waffles into my Cosori 5.8 quart basket style air fryer, that double what I can do with my toaster.
