Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 4 large eggs room temperature
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Put a 6-inch round pan or oven proof bowl into the air fryer. Add in 1 tablespoon of butter. Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 2 minutes.
- While the air fryer is preheating, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Swirl the melted butter around the baking pan or bowl using an oven proof glove for protection. Pour egg mixture into the hot pan.
- Set air fryer to 300 deg f. Cook for 3 minutes, open the air fryer and stir eggs with a spatula. Close air fryer and cook the eggs for an additional 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
