Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs
Easy and fluffy Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs are made with fresh eggs, a little heavy cream and lightly seasoned. This is a delicious breakfast idea you are definitely going to want to try.

- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 4 large eggs room temperature
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Put a 6-inch round pan or oven proof bowl into the air fryer. Add in 1 tablespoon of butter. Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 2 minutes.
While the air fryer is preheating, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
Swirl the melted butter around the baking pan or bowl using an oven proof glove for protection. Pour egg mixture into the hot pan.
Set air fryer to 300 deg f. Cook for 3 minutes, open the air fryer and stir eggs with a spatula. Close air fryer and cook the eggs for an additional 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Use room temperature eggs for quicker cooking.
- Don't do too many eggs for the size of the container, you don't want it over flowing.
- Briskly whisk the eggs to get a fluffier texture.
