  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Put a 6-inch round pan or oven proof bowl into the air fryer. Add in 1 tablespoon of butter. Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 2 minutes.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Swirl the melted butter around the baking pan or bowl using an oven proof glove for protection. Pour egg mixture into the hot pan.
  • Set air fryer to 300 deg f. Cook for 3 minutes, open the air fryer and stir eggs with a spatula. Close air fryer and cook the eggs for an additional 4-5 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

  • Use room temperature eggs for quicker cooking.
  • Don't do too many eggs for the size of the container, you don't want it over flowing.
  • Briskly whisk the eggs to get a fluffier texture.
