Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes: My basket style air fryer holds about four small sweet potatoes. If you are using large sweet potatoes, you may only be able to fit 2-3 potatoes.
- Oil: Just a tiny bit of oil is used so that the skins do not burn.
- Butter: If eating the sweet potato whole and not using it in another recipe, butter is a great option to put on a sweet potato after it’s baked.
- Seasonings: Any seasoning you add is optional, depending on what you are using the sweet potatoes for. Some good seasoning for sweet potatoes are cinnamon, brown sugar, cumin, paprika, rosemary, or garlic.
