Brownies Ingredients

  • Sugar: Granulated sugar adds sweetness to the brownies.
  • Flour: You will want to use all-purpose flour.
  • Cocoa: Unsweetened cocoa is what creates all of the chocolate flavor.
  • Salt
  • Butter: Use unsalted butter to control the amount of salt that gets added to the recipe. You want melted or really soft butter.
  • Eggs: Make sure to pull them out of the fridge in advance to make sure they are at room temperature.
  • Chocolate Chips: The chocolate chips are optional. I like to add them into the recipe and sprinkle some on top.
