Ingredients

  • 2 ounces dried beef or lunch meat thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large dill pickles cut into chunks

Instructions

  • Dice up the beef into small pieces.
  • In a medium bowl mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Add in the meat, pepper, garlic powder, and dill pickles. Combine cream cheese mixture until all of the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Enjoy right away or put in the fridge for an hour for flavors to meld.

Notes

  • Make it spicy pickle wrap dip. Add in chopped jalapeños (with or without the seeds), 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder, a splash of hot sauce, or pickled jalapeños.
  • Pickle chunks. If you like smaller pieces of pickle, chop them into small chunks or use a food processor.
  • Switch it up for relish. Use a jar of dill pickle relish instead of using whole pickles.
  • Topping options. Top with more pickle chunks, fresh dill, chopped green onions, or fresh chives.
  • Dip will last 3-4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
