- 2 ounces dried beef or lunch meat thinly sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large dill pickles cut into chunks
Dice up the beef into small pieces.
In a medium bowl mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream.
Add in the meat, pepper, garlic powder, and dill pickles. Combine cream cheese mixture until all of the ingredients are well mixed.
Enjoy right away or put in the fridge for an hour for flavors to meld.
- Make it spicy pickle wrap dip. Add in chopped jalapeños (with or without the seeds), 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder, a splash of hot sauce, or pickled jalapeños.
