For the Burger Bites
- 16 ounce ground beef 90/10 or 85/15
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 slices cheddar cheese cut into quarters
- 8 small cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
- 16 small dill pickle chips
- 16 small pieces lettuce
For the Secret Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup relish
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine together the hamburger meat with the salt, pepper, tablespoon worcestershire sauce, and the garlic powder.
Make 16 1-tablespoon sized balls of meat out of the meat mixture. Place the meatballs on a baking tray and flatten each one a little with the palm of your hand.
Bake for 15 minutes.
While meat patties are cooking, mix together all of the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.
When timer goes off, pull the baking sheet out of the oven and add a square of cheddar cheese to each meatball patty. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Then using an appetizer toothpick, skewer the tomato half, pickle, lettuce, and then the meatball.
Serve right away with the secret burger sauce and your favorite condiments like ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise.
