- 1 1/2 ounces (45ml) tequila
- 1 ounce (30ml) blue curaçao
- 1 1/2 ounce (45ml) cranberry juice
- 1 ounce (30ml) sweet and sour mix
- 1/2 ounce (15ml) lime juice
- cocktail salt and lime wedge for rim
Dip the rim of the glass into some lime juice or water. Then into the salt and set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker filled with a handful of ice cubes.Add in tequila, blue curaçao, cranberry juice, sweet and sour, and lime juice.
Shake for at least 10 seconds.
Strain into the shot glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge or slice.
- Switch out the cranberry juice. Use another red liquid instead of cranberry juice.
- Lemon instead of lime. If you only have lemons, this recipe will work with fresh lemon juice also.
- A drink. Make it into a drink instead of a shot. Just pour it into a margarita glass or cocktail glass filled with ice.
