- 24 fudge striped cookies
- 24 chocolate kisses unwrapped
- 2-3 tubes pre-made decorative frosting
Instructions
- Add a glob of frosting to a chocolate kiss.
- Place the chocolate kiss onto the bottom of one of the cookies.
- Let the frosting dry a little on the witch hat.
- Repeat these steps until you go through all of the cookies.
- Decorate with the tubes of pre-made frosting.
