Air Fryer Cinnamon Honey Peaches

Juicy, fresh peaches are bathed in a luscious honey cinnamon butter and air fried to perfection. Air Fryer Peaches make the perfect summer dessert, just top with your favorite ice cream or whipped cream. Check out our keto and no sugar versions, too!

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter unsalted, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • optional toppings: ice cream, whipped cream, yogurt, granola, toasted nuts, graham cracker crumbs.

Instructions

  • Cut peaches in half from pole to pole with a sharp knife. Remove the pit. Brush each cut half with a little olive oil.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Place peaches cut side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  •  In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, honey and cinnamon. 
  • Gently flip the peaches over using a fork or spoon.
  • Add a spoonful of the butter mixture to the cut side of the peaches.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot with desired toppings.

Notes

  • Buy peaches in advance. You want to make sure they are ripe when you use them, so buy them ahead of time.
  • Different fruit. Substitute the peaches for other fruit. You can use plums, apricots, white peaches, or nectarines.
  • Open air fryer anytime. Don't be afraid to check on your peaches while they are air frying. Just open the air fryer and make sure they aren't getting to dark.
  • Serving size is 1/2 a peach, so this recipe makes 6 servings. 
  • Leftovers will last in an air-tight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
