- 1 medium avocado ripe
- 2-3 cups pale mild greens (I use butter lettuce)
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt plain
- 2 large lemons zest and juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 frozen bananas
Add into the blender in this order: the avocado, lettuce, yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, almond milk, and frozen banana. If using fresh bananas add them in first before the avocado and the ice in last.
Start blender on low and slowly up the speed eventually blending at full power. Using the tamper to press down all the ingredients.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
