- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 6 garlic cloves crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste

- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
In a gallon sized zip bag, add in all of the honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, oil, and garlic. Zip the bag closed and smush around all the ingredients. You can also do this in a large bowl, stir ingredients.
Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade to later pour on cooked chicken.
Cut any extra fat off the chicken thighs.
Add the chicken thighs into the zip bag. Try to get all the air out of the zip bag and zip closed.
Place the chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
Pull the chicken out of the fridge.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Once heated, carefully place chicken into the air fryer.
Cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes. Flip the chicken over halfway through cooking time.
Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Top with reserved marinade.
