Tips & Tricks
  • The length of cooking time will depend on the thickness of the steak. If the London broil is thicker than 1-inch it will need to be cooked a few extra minutes on each side.
  • Do not skip the marinating step, it is imperative to marinate London broil to make it tender. Marinate the meat for at least 4 hours to tenderize the meat completely.
  • After marinating the steak, allow it to come up to room temperature before cooking it for best results.
  • Try not to overcook London Broil as it can turn out chewy and leathery.
  • Make sure that you do not marinate London Broil for longer than 24 hours, it will start to toughen the meat up.
  • Cut the steak in very thin slices. Try to keep them about 1/4 inches thick.
