Dill Pickle Sauce and Dip
This easy homemade Pickle Sauce recipe is made with just a few ingredients like chunks of dill pickle, sour cream, and fresh dill. It will add a punch of pickle flavor to all your favorite recipes.

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill weed minced
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles about 6 mini
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Chop up the pickles into the size that you are wanting.
To a small bowl, add sour cream, chopped dill, pickle juice, lemon juice, and pepper. Give it a stir.
Add in the minced garlic and chopped pickles. Gently stir to combine.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, if you have time. If not, enjoy as is.

- This sauce gets its natural dill flavor from real dill. Use fresh herbs for the best flavor.
- Cut up any dill pickles you have whether they are dill pickle chips, mini pickles, pickle spears, gigantic pickles, etc. I use about 6 miniature pickles to make roughly 1/4 cup.

- If you would rather not have big chunks of pickle, use a food processor to make if nice and creamy.

Slice up some purple onion or green onion or even onion powder for some added crunch and onion flavor.
